Join us at FraserCommon Farm for a celebration of food, farmers, and chefs. Award-winning ChefAndrea Carlson of Burdock and Co will be creating an alfresco plant-baseddinner featuring produce from Glorious Organics. Local companies Blue HeronCreamery, The Flourist, Nichol Vineyard, Ampersand Distilling Co., BrassneckBrewery and Dickie’s Ginger Beer. Level V Bakery’s Monica Tang will be creatingan innovative plant-based dessert.

Gather around to enjoy a magical reception featuring improvisational sounds byinternationally acclaimed contrabass and cello musicians, Torsten Mullër andPeggy Lee. Following the reception will be a guided field tour through FraserCommon Farms, where guests learn the rich forty years of agricultural history.The evening will conclude with a sensational dinner prepared by Chef Carlson ina stunning and unforgettable setting.

Fraser Common Farm has been committed to providing social and educationalexperiences for nearly four decades. The proceeds from this dinner will help tocontinue their vision.
