    • Q: How do I get a birthday announcement on BT Celebrations?
      A: Celebrating a birthday? Please send your pictures and information to us really, really early! It is best to send in your pictures one month in advance. Please do not call – this will not speed up or help the process.
      Although we cannot guarantee your submissions will make it to the air due to the high volume of entries, all of your celebrations are important to us and we thank you for sharing your special moments with us.

    • Q: I won something! How do I claim my prize?
      A: Winners must claim their prize in person and bring photo ID to our office at:
      Rogers Radio Vancouver
      2440 Ash Street (and West Broadway behind Cactus Club Restaurant)
      Vancouver, BC
      V5Z 4J6

      – unless otherwise instructed.
      Please call reception for prize pick up details; Mon-Fri. 9 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding holidays at:
      604-872-2557, Prizes cannot be mailed out to winners. Prize winners must contact the office within 7 business days to arrange pick-up. After 3 months, prizes will be considered unclaimed and BT cannot guarantee a winning prize.
      Prizes can be picked up Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 4:30 PM, excluding holidays.
      Please bring photo ID to claim your prize(s).
      You risk the chance of not getting your prize if you come to pick up your prize outside of these stated hours.

 

    • Q: Help! I can’t get BT Vancouver’s live stream on the City Video mobile apps! What happened to it?
      A: The live stream is located on the homepage of http://www.btvancouver.ca between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m.  It is responsive and works on your computer, tablet, and mobile devices. Happy viewing!

      A: Unfortunately we do not have a dubbing service. However, if you were interviewed in a story and forgot to set your PVR, you can contact:
